Michael has over 20 years’ experience working in construction and real estate.  He began his career working in Law Enforcement in the San Francisco Bay Area.  While working in law enforcement he leveraged his skills and abilities to acquire and remodel investment properties completing projects in every aspect of home rehabilitation. His practical application in the trades completing plumbing, electrical, drywall, tile, installing windows/doors, is fundamental in his ability to identify property defects.  Being a long-time real estate investor himself, he is attentively aware of the needs of first-time home buyers or comprehensive investors looking to expand their real estate portfolios.  Michael holds an MBA in International Business Practice. He is an InterNACHI Certified Home Inspector, Licensed in the State of Florida.  InterNACHI is the world’s leading association for Home Inspectors.
